My own journey to wellness started over a decade ago. Struggling with low energy, thinning hair, and dull skin, I set out to regain my shine. Along the way, I became a Nutritionist, studied Psychology and Physiology, yoga and embraced the healing power of holistic wellness. Inspired by my personal journey and the wisdom of traditional superfoods, I founded SANA as a way to share this approach and help more women on their journeys.

Our mission is to help you thrive through nourishment, self-care, and intentional rest. Our first product, Organic Matcha Green Tea from Japan, embodies this philosophy, with many more superfood and supplement self-care products to come.
